Family Run Guesthouse and Coffee Shop with Owners Richard & Jane always available. Our rooms range from single occupancy with shared bathroom and shower, through to en-suite doubles and family rooms to a detached bungalow with lounge and kitchen and self catering facilities.

All rooms are available with full cooked breakfasts and are equipped with flat screen Tv, coffee tea making facilities, trouser press, hair dryers etc. Our rates are highly competitive for the standard of luxurious accommodation, most with en-suite bathrooms. Guests have access to a guest lounge with leather sofas and large flat screen TV.

Our recently renovated property is situated half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow at the edge of the Clyde valley on the outskirts on Hamilton.

We are 1 minute from the M74 Carlisle Glasgow Motorway at Junction 8 and 12 Minutes from the M8 Glasgow to Edinburgh Motorway
