The king size en-suite bedroom leads off the lounge, with fitted wardrobe and drawers plus a feature wood burning stove (for effect only not for use). The twin bedroom leads off the corridor and has a fitted wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with spa bath, sink and toilet.
Off road parking is provided for two cars on the blocked paving to the side of the cottage.
Conveniently situated on the A84 for the local Lochearnhead Village Store, just a short walk away.
Two village pubs / restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away you have the Golden Larches or Mhor 84 at Balquhidder Station.
You have a choice of golf courses, all clubs offer a warm welcome to visitors at St Fillans, Comrie, Killin or Callander, a short golf break for occassional players or try more than one course.
The National Cycle route runs through Lochearnhead so if you are looking for a cycling holiday the route 7 offers a great family day out with cycle hire available locally.
For the keen fishermen permits can be bought from the village shop and boat hire is available on Loch Earn so you can enjoy your fishing holiday.
If you are thinking of visiting for the annual Black Faced Sheep Shearing Competition, Highland Games Balvaig Music Festival, Mhor Festival or any other event, book early to avoid disappointment.
