Family Home B&B. 15 minutes from Perth & Blairgowrie. Edinburgh 60 minutes. Offering ONE DOUBLE, En Suite. ONE TWIN with Own Separate Bathroom. ONE SINGLE, shared Bathroom. Fabulous views. Area Highlights: Golf, Fishing, Walking, Castles & Antiques.

Situated 15 minutes from Perth and Blairgowrie. Edinburgh 60 minutes. This is a comfortable, working family home in the beautiful Perthshire countryside. Offering One Double Room En Suite, One Twin Room with Own Separate Bathroom and One Single Room with Shared Bathroom. All our bedrooms are upstairs. You have use of our Shared Family Sitting room downstairs, with TV and Free WiFi. We are incredibly lucky here, having lots of clean air and stunning views up to the hills.

Area Highlights: Golf, Fishing, Walking, Cycling, Castles, Art & Antiques, Clay Shooting, Gardens and some excellent Places to Eat. Whether you just want to enjoy a good Coffee and Shopping, a country Pub Lunch or experience some excellent, local Fine Dining there are numerous places within easy reach of our house. There is always plenty to Do and See, covering every interest in this very scenic part of Scotland. Dunkeld and Pitlochry are but 30 and 40 minutes away respectively.

Nearby are some of Scotland's most famous Visitor Attractions such as Scone Palace, Blair Castle and Glamis Castle. Also, some of Scotland's best Golf Courses are within easy reach of here.
Gleneagles Hotel (Golf and Shooting School) is 45 minutes from here. (website hidden).
St. Andrews is 1 hour.
Locally, we have Courses Rosemount and Lansdowne, just 10 minutes away. Alyth and Dunkeld are 30 minutes.

Glasgow and Edinburgh, are a little over an hour away.
We would recommend that it is best for you to have your own car, for ease of getting about and enjoying your stay.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

Our driveway is a rough farm track and UNSUITABLE for motorhomes, caravans and the lowest slung sports cars!
There is plenty of parking here at the house - on tarmac!
