We proudly introduce you to the Penthouse, a chic bolt hole on the Royal Mile. A sense of calm envelopes you as you enter this fabulous property. Every room is a delight, with design attention to detail second to none. The property features a spacious open plan living/dining area, with comfortable chairs and sofas you can relax into after a day's sightseeing. There are 3 bedrooms - bedroom one has a double, bedroom 2 a zip and link which can be singles or a king and the Master a King bed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite. There is a delightful balcony area with a table to seat 2 where you can breakfast or enjoy an evening drink admiring the fabulous Edinburgh views. The kitchen features all mod cons and if you fancy a night in, it is perfect for cooking so you can settle down for the evening and take advantage of the superb accommodations on offer (or use our chef service so you don't have to lift a finger!). The communal building has a lift up to the fourth floor but there are some stairs from the front door up to the apartment.

-Booking Requirements-
The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. The lead member of the booking party must be over 30 years. There is a strict no-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £500 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
Please note that Check-ins outside the standard check-in time frame will incur an additional charge. Late check-outs after 10:30am also incur additional charge.

Property has steps into the hall and then has a lift to the apartment. There are steps into the property and a set of stairs that takes you to the floor the property is on. Those with limited mobility should consider these factors before booking.
