The accommodation consists of a large contemporary open plan living/dining/kitchen area finished and furnished to a high standard and equipped with a 40" flat screen TV, Freesat, DVD player, free WiFi and I-pod docking station. Full LPG central heating throughout and enhanced with a super-efficient wood burning stove for that added ambience if desired. Patio doors open from the lounge onto a large paved terrace with spectacular views.
The generous master bedroom has a super king bed, ample storage and double wardrobe with mirror doors. En-suite with bath. Patio doors to garden. Sufficient room for a cot if required.
There is a second bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and vanity desk. This room also has patio doors which lead out to the paved terrace and garden.
A spacious family shower room is adjacent to the above bed room.
The house has a utility/laundry/storage room with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, small freezer and ironing facilities.
There are outside drying facilities.
The surrounding countryside offers excellent walking, over hills and through woodlands and many beautiful beaches are only a few minutes drive from Lucklawhill.
There is easy access to road and rail links, making it a desirable base for touring much of Scotland.
Day trips may be made to the Highlands, Glencoe, the Angus Glens, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond, the Trossachs etc, etc - an endless list.
