The Shore House was built in 1850 as the parish manse and sits in a prime location at the head of beautiful Loch Goil with uninterrupted views down the loch to the mountains beyond.
Bed and breakfast accommodation is available in comfortable en-suite rooms (non-smoking only), some with loch view. Discounts are available for stays of 3 nights or more. There is a cosy residents bar and a fabulous loch view lounge with wood burning stove where you can sit and relax while savouring the beautiful view of Loch Goil (and maybe a wee dram!) Evening meals are available by arrangement - we require your food order by 6pm and meals and are served between 7 and 8pm.
Lochgoilhead is situated within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park and the Argyll Forest Park. It is an ideal base for exploring the Cowal Peninsula and is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor pursuit enthusiasts.
