At Tiffyhall there is a one bedroom holiday cottage which sleeps two and a larger holiday cottage with two bedrooms and sleeps four people. Both cottages also have the facility to sleep plus one (cot-bed for baby or child up to 5).
No. 1 Tiffyhall comprises of:
Fully equipped Kitchen diner leading onto inner hall-way allowing access to the lounge with ample seating, picture window overlooking private garden area as well as french doors opening onto patio area. There are two bedrooms, 1 x twin and 1 x double both accessed through the hall-way. Also leading off the hall is large family bathroom containing seperate shower cubicle and bath. The cottage benefits from full central heating.

No.2 Tiffyhall comprises of:
Fully equipped Kitchen diner leading onto lounge area with large picture window overlooking farm land and the Pentland Firth. Not only does the cottage benefit from full central heating it also has a log burner in the lounge. Shower room also housing toilet and sink is located on the ground floor. There is a Double bedroom located on the 1st floor, Gallery/balcony overlooking the kitchen and area for single bed and cot bed.

The properties are surrounded by farm land and is close to the Brough of Deerness, the Gloup and the Mull Head RSPB reserve. Guests are encouraged to walk around the land and use as short cuts to Newark bay.
Certain times of the year we have seasonal pick you own vegetables grown in our kitchen garden and in the grounds of the cottages there is a herb garden and guests are invited to help themselves for cooking.
The Covenanters memorial is also in the parish and within walking distance. In addition, being located on Mainland Orkney, the World Heritage sites of Maes Howe, Ring of Brodgar, Skara Brae and numerous other sites of interest are a short distance by car as is the airport and ferry terminals at Stromness, Kirkwall and Pentland Ferries short sea crossing route at St Margaret’s `
There is a local shop, sub post office and fuel pump in Deerness.
