The former crofter's cottage has been thoughtfully extended and updated to create a welcoming holiday retreat, strategically designed to maximize its coastal charm.

The sitting/dining room boasts captivating sea views, complemented by a stone feature wall with a lovely wood-burning stove to get cosy in front of. A cute snug offers additional comfort, with comfy seats and views of the seashore and breathtaking mountains. The well-appointed kitchen, presented in soothing tones, leads to a sunroom and outdoor patio.

Upstairs, two charming double bedrooms and a WC complement the smart shower room downstairs. The front garden slopes gracefully, providing an ideal vantage point for observing ever-changing sea views, extending to the distant islands of Lewis and Harris on clear days. Ample parking is conveniently located by the cottage, while an outbuilding offers secure storage. Tigh Acair stands as a warm and inviting coastal haven, within easy walking distance of the beautiful Gruinard Bay beach.
