When it comes to local activities, visitors to Tigh na Mara will be spoilt for choice, as the house is just a short walk from the beach, swimming pools, tennis courts, golf club, bowling and putting greens, the new mini-golf and the village hall. In addition to this, the nearby activity centre offers even more including soft play, Segways, hill walking, pottery barn, archery, sailing, kayaking and mountain biking. And Brodick Castle now has an adventure playground, Isle Be Wild, which is extremely popular, as well as a programme of seasonal activities for adults and children.
For those looking for a more relaxing holiday, there are numerous beaches and some lovely walks at all ability levels. There is plenty to explore in Brodick itself, including the Castle with its gardens, as well as a diverse selection of speciality shops and galleries nearby.
