Welcome to Tigh na Mara, house by the sea, a haven of relaxation and tranquility. Only a short walk to the town centre, the old harbour and the coastal path, our detached self-catering cottage is ideally placed. Wonderful, uninterrupted views out to the Moray Firth from the garden where there is a patio, a perfect spot for a barbecue and sea views from the living room too!

Situated on a quiet street in Portsoy, on one level, this cottage is spacious, light and airy. The living room at the front is particularly luminous with views of the Moray Firth and the sea view from the garden is just breathtaking! Comfortable with a log burner for guests arriving in the autumn/winter season, you will be delighted whenever you decide to visit. The dining kitchen is very well equipped with the garden room alongside it providing additional space for relaxing, reading, games etc. Chromecast Streaming TV is available as well as high speed WiFi, sometimes welcome after a day out and about. The 2 bedrooms are roomy, one with ensuite (king size bed) and the other is a twin with a bright, modern shower room close by, and both have a double wardrobe and drawers. An additional toilet is located off the garden room.

A patio at the top of the extensive garden is ideal for lunch or drinks on a summer's day, whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the Moray Firth, and for children there’s plenty space to play.

Lastly, there is ample street parking and also a dedicated parking space on the property.
