Tighbeag is a romantic haven just for two, sitting in a pretty row of houses on the Isle of Seil (one of the Slate islands) in Argyll and ideally placed for exploring this appealing area and its fascinating history.
Guests are welcomed by a little entrance porch that leads through to the sitting room where the open fire in its feature slate fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere and just begs to be curled up in front of in the evenings.
The rocking chair is a relaxing place to sit and read a book in peace and quiet and the colourful kitchen is smart and modern with a bright dining area by the window and a door that leads out to the garden.
Everything is easily to hand so it is great for anyone with limited mobility as the attractive double bedroom and contemporary bathroom with a bath and shower over are all on the one level.
To the rear of the cottage is a grassed garden with seating and views out towards the picturesque golf course just over the fence where the golfers can be watched taking in a round or two.
