Followed by a lovely twin bedroom also with en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Venturing outside to the rear garden there is private patio area with direct access from the lounge with seating area perfect for al fresco dining set amid a beautiful spacious shared enclosed garden. There is also a large shared square in front of the property with seating areas BBQ and garden chess board. Located next to the property is the spacious shared games room the perfect place for families to enjoy table tennis table football and to play on the Nintendo Wii or to watch a large selection of DVDs. Next door you will find the handy shared utility room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers. There is also secure private storage for outdoor gear and bikes available. Rod rack facilities are provided for fishing parties. A freezer is also available for guest use in an additional outbuilding. There is ample off-road parking available in front of the cottage.
