Although in a quiet neighbourhood, Tolsta is on the direct train line to Glasgow, the half hourly service taking 45 minutes to Queen Street station.
An ideal place for a holiday or for visiting relatives in the area. The spacious first floor flat comprises lounge, three bedrooms (double, twin, single), kitchen/diner, bathroom, toilet and utility room. Entry is through a small garden which houses a private garage. There is also ample parking space in the back lane.
There is full central heating throughout and the electric coal effect fire in the lounge can be replaced by an open coal/peat fire on request.
The kitchen, which includes a dining area suitable for up to six people, is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher.
The utility room, bathroom and toilet are situated on a half landing.
The bathrooms has a wet room floor, shower, bath and wash hand basin while the utility room houses the washing machine, tumble drier, pulley and ironing facilities. A rotary drier is provided for drying clothes outside. (Yes, we do get some dry days in Scotland.)
Tolsta is a no smoking establishment and no pets are allowed.
There is ample opportunity to take part in a variety of sports, from golf and hill walking to sailing and horse riding.
Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh are all accessible for day trips and Fort William and Mallaig can be reached by taking a trip on the famed West Highland Railway which passes through Helensburgh Upper Station.
