The patio has garden furniture and the property has a small lower garden area which is reached through a locked gate and some steps from the larger top garden area. The small garden is secluded and also has seating.
The house has electrical heating. The kitchen is well equipped with a good selection of kitchen utensils and microwave, dishwasher, modern cooker and fridge/freezer. There is also a utility cupboard with a washer/drier.
Please note property is not suitable for children due to steep drop to the lower garden area.
