2020 brings the third year at Torran. Holders of a TripAdvisor Certificate Of Excellence for 2018 & 2019. Torran is a traditional white-washed croft house close to the shores of Loch Gairloch. It is idyllically situated to capture all that Wester Ross has to offer from conquering a Munro to relaxing on one of the numerous secluded sandy beaches. The croft house dates back to the 1900’s and has been lovingly updated and modernised to provide spacious, comfortable accommodation. A log burner, central heating and double glazing ensure the cottage is warm and cosy all year round. All the comforts of home are readily available from a well equipped kitchen and separate dining room to a comfortable lounge with TV, FreeSat & iPod dock. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and we provide all bed linen as well as towels.
Private off-road parking for 3 cars is easily accessible at the side of the property.
Food shops and a newsagent are conveniently located in Gairloch village which is a 5 minute walk away. Visitors to Gairloch also enjoy many places to wine, dine and shop all around the loch. The Heritage Museum and gallery offer a touch of history and culture to your stay. Local inns and hotels hold ceilidhs and live music evenings.
