Originally created as stables and coach houses to home the Staff , Horses and carriages for the 19th Century Kinfauns Castle, these traditional stone built B listed buildings in a attractive courtyard setting have an idyllic and exceptional accommodation, restored to complement this glorious environment, with careful thought given towards our customers luxury and enjoyment.

Fantastic Walks straight from the doorstep of the properties includes the walk up coronation road where Scotlands kings and queens once rode from Kinfauns Castle to Scone Palace to be crowned, keep walking up to the Victoria Folly which is one of the tops sightseeing spots in Perth, and take in the outstanding views over The River Tay and Perthshire.

THE CLOCK TOWER - The Tower view residences include the 19th Century Clock Tower, imaginatively converted to create an open plan lounge with feature arch window on the upper floor that commands magnificent views of the Kinnoull Hills famous Victoria Folly. Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.

COACH HOUSE 4 & 5 - Our creme de le creme luxury homes which have been specially adapted with the practically disabled in mind. Large lounge featuring living flame stone fireplace and French doors with access onto private sun terrace. Spacious kitchen with fitted worktops and appliances lowered to an appropriate level, a double bedroom with fully fitted disabled ensuite facilities. Bathroom with luxurious corner bath.
Situated just 2 miles from the heart of Perth and only one hour's journey from Edinburgh & Glasgow. Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.

Perth race course which is 3 miles away and has racing fixutres from April to September a great family day out.

Renovated and opened in April 2024 the old Perth City Hall is now the New Perth Museum which is now the home to the Stone of Destiny.

Scone Place is a lovely place to visit and it has Rewind 80's every year
