Trear Cottage is a cosy, characterful stone-built cottage sitting in a peaceful spot just outside the village of Crinan. Situated near the canal and with 2 launching slips within a 10 minute walk, it is sure to appeal to kayakers, SUP users, as well as dog owners and wild swimmers! It sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), and has a family bathroom upstairs as well as downstairs WC. Immaculately presented, it offers a comfotable, cosy space to base yourself from whilst enjoying everything Argyll has to offer. There is a large dining kitchen with solid wood units and stone worktops; a cosy living room with wood burner; a utility area; and WC downstairs.

Situated in a peaceful spot just outside the village of Crinan, Trear Cottage is a pretty, characterful, stone-built cottage which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), and has a family bathroom upstairs as well as downstairs WC. Immaculately presented, it offers a comfotable, cosy space to base yourself from whilst enjoying everything Argyll has to offer. There is a large dining kitchen with solid wood units and stone worktops; a cosy living room with wood burner; a utility area; and WC downstairs. Heading upstairs, you'll find both bedrooms and the main bathroom (shower over bath).
The garden is mostly laid to lawn, and there is a shed provided for bike storage etc, as well as parking on the private driveway.

The cottage is perfect for those looking for a relaxing break away, with plenty of walks right from the doorstep. We are seconds from the Crinan Canal, with the opportunity to enjoy miles of towpath on foot or by bike - one way to the canal basin, with locally renowned restaurant, and seasonal coffee shop (dog friendly); the other direction takes you to Ardrishaig and out on to Loch Fyne. Along the way, you'll find Polly's Coffee Stop at Lock 10, as well as the Cairnbaan Hotel (currently closed for renovation - we look forward to it opening again soon!).

Crinan Harbour offers the opportunity to launch boats from the slipway, should you wish to bring one - and the slipway onto the canal just down from the cottage is the perfect place for kayaks/SUPs to launch. Kayaks can be hired from Ardrishaig, and there are boat trips running from Crinan Harbour, as well as over the other side on Loch Fyne.

Pets are welcome - please remember to bring blankets to cover soft furnishings if there is any chance that they may jump up.
