Comfort and style can be found in this stunningly refurbished cottage, set within the surroundings of the Trotternish Ridge on the Isle of Skye. Located on a working croft in the quiet township of Glenhinnisdal.
The cottage, originally built in 1932, has been lovingly restored and upgraded to provide modern comfort and facilities in a traditional setting. From its slightly elevated position, this cottage on Skye offers views over the glen and the river Hinnisdal, with the mountains of the Trotternish Ridge forming a dramatic backdrop. Ideally suited for family holidays or a group of friends, this Skye cottage has excellent facilities. The large entrance porch is ideal for leaving your coats and boots, perhaps after a day walking on the Trotternish ridge or exploring the seashore nearby.
The hall area is open plan through to a cosy sitting room, equipped with a wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a single bed, a shower room and fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The upper floor has another spacious shower room as well as a double bedroom and king size double bedroom. the secluded garden around the property is sheltered by trees and equipped with BBQ and picnic table.
Amenities: Oil Central Heating, 5 Burner Gas Stove, Larder Fridge & Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, TV with Sky & DVD Player with a selection of DVDs, Travel Cot, Stair gate & Highchair.
Local information, Start up Fuel for wood burning Stove along with Towels and Linen are also included. There is also ample parking for 2 vehicles.
