Ullabhal and Clèiseabhal, our adjoining self-catering cottages, are named after two hills in North Harris. Built in the 19th century, they were originally used as village shops before being converted in the early part of this century into self-catering cottages.
Centrally located, for both Harris and Lewis, they are situated on Main Street in Tarbert, the main port of entry to Harris.
Unlike many other self caterings on the island, we allow short breaks of 3 nights or more during High Season. And if you want to stay for a week, then we'll give you the 7th night for free!
The cottages are ideally suited for those looking to holiday in Harris and who want easy access to local amenities including public transport, shops, restaurants and the ferry port. There is also a local car hire company a few doors away for those without their own transport to explore further afield. Our award-winning beaches, galleries, cafes, tweed shops and stunning walks are all within easy driving distance.
Both cottages sleep two people. Living accommodation is on the 1st floor and consists of an open plan living/dining room with Freesat television and Wi-Fi broadband. Adjoining the dining area is a small well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. Parking is at the front of the property.
The maximum occupancy of each of the cottages is 2 people. Pets are not allowed in the properties.
