Set in the grounds of an old garden centre and situated directly on the NE250 driving route, this recently renovated cottage sleeps 6, has a cosy wood-burning stove, farmhouse kitchen, private garden with tree house, mini BBQ and deck area.

Welcome to Lakeview House - a unique self-catering cottage not far from Cortes Loch.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has a super-king size bed and shares a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower with bedroom 3 which has an adult size bunk bed. Black-out curtains in the bedrooms keep out the late and early morning light in the summer months while there are plenty of blankets and throws to keep you warm when the weather gets chilly. You will find luxury duck feather and down duvets on the beds and hot water bottles are provided during the winter months.
Wood, firelighters and matches are provided for the wood-burning stove in the lounge to keep you warm and toasty.
The large farmhouse kitchen seats 6 round the oak table. Coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper are provided.

In the well-maintained grounds there is a summer house, woodland walk with stream, a large greenhouse and 2 acre field. There is also plenty of secure parking space on site.

Just 5 miles from Fraserburgh beach and harbour and close to golf courses, museums, Loch of Strathbeg nature reserve, walking and cycling routes and the castle and whisky trail, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area
