Our amazing modern barn is open plan living dining and kitchen, with a snug for some quet time, shower/wc and laundry room. With open vistas 360 degrees you can enjoy our amazing location in Crieff and Strathearn. Connected via our Winter Garden atrium is our bedroom wing.

Bedroom wing consists of two units, with two bedrooms and a dedicated Japanese bathroom within each one, this spa style arrangement offers privacy.

With stunning vistas over amazing countryside you can enjoy this immersion in nature with modern amenities.

Our location is perfect for enjoying time to relax and explore our local walks, country side, lochs and rivers. We are a short drive to both Crieff and Comrie two popular loca towns in the heart of Strathearn. These two towns offer excellent facilities, independent shopping and amazing resturants.

Perfectly placed as a base to explore the best of Scotland with many of Scotlands major attractions and cities all an easy day trip.
