Lovely two-bedroom apartments situated in a quiet residential block in the Morningside area of Edinburgh. The apartment is fully equipped for 2 guests, with free 70Mbps WiFi throughout, flat-screen TV with Freeview and streaming channels, books, DVDs, children's toys and games.

Located in a quiet street just off Morningside Road, the area has many superb cafes, excellent pubs, supermarkets and lovely little individual shops. Morningside Road is served by many buses, running frequently to the city centre, Princes Street and The Royal Mile in 10 minutes, or walk to the old town in 15 minutes. The apartment is serviced and run by the owners and we supply 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen, large luxury bath towels, slippers, a welcome tray to get you started as well as free 70Mbps WiFi throughout, flats screen TV with freeview, on demand streaming channels , a selection of books, tourist information, DVDs, childrens toys and games. Morningside is a popular and interesting area of the city to explore or in which to relax after a day's sightseeing in the city.

The kitchen has an induction hob and fan assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Very well stocked with new crockery, cutlery, pans, cook's knives and utensils for four people.

The bathroom has a new white suite of bath with rain fall shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

We have equipped the apartment specifically for self catering with everything we could think of to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We manage it ourselves and give great care in cleaning, maintaining and updating all facilities, information and equipment.

Our cleaning procedures comply with the Covid cleaning protocols and our business is registered under Visit Scotland's "We're Good To Go" and The AA's "Covid Confident" schemes as well as the World Travel & Tourism council's "SafeTravel" stamp.
