The house itself has been minimally treated in a designer style. It is made to be welcoming and warm by nature. From his former life in New York, Hong Kong, London and Italy, he understands the needs of travellers. There are two rooms which are en suite and Wallace provides a healthy breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, Breads from various international bakeries as well as conserves and jams. Accompanying this is a choice of teas or coffee - freshly brewed. Wallace is willing to try to assist his guests with recommendations of some of the several delicious places to eat in the surrounding neighbourhood.and advice on places of interest to be visited. Parking is usually not a big concern and is free. Excellent local transport to the centre, Edinburgh Caslte, Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament, The National Galleries of Scotland, and Edinburgh International Airport, Close to the A1 and all of the East Lothian famous golf courses, including Duddingston, Gullane, North Berwick, Muirfield, Luffness,and good connections to all that Scotland has to offer.
