Come and relax in one of our properties after your adventures in Edinburgh bring your family,friends,group,dog,we can accommodate up to 25 adults over our three properties.

We offer accommodation in the Midlothian town of Dalkeith which can offer local restaurants,bars,supermarkets a wonderful new adventure playground within the grounds of a 600 acre country park with cafe and restaurant opening July 2016 a really lovely place to walk,run,picnic or even hold a barbecue party weather permitting and my personal favourite the small area of ancient oak wood that still remains within the grounds of the country park.
We are located a 20 minute drive from the East Lothian coast with wonderful beaches and lots of outdoor activities from wake boarding to surfing and boat trips across the forth to Fife from the lovely town of North Berwick,interesting places to eat from a lobster shack! to a German sachertort in the secret garden cafe dogs welcome!
my personal favourite is a local family restaurant with a large children's grassed play area and venison casserole and great chips border steaks and home made yummy deserts Mmmmmmmmmm
Hope you can come to stay.We offer private off road parking in two of the properties they are all within a 5 minute walk of the bus network with frequent services in to Edinburgh city centre which takes around 25 minutes depending on time of day there is also a park and ride for car drivers who do not want the trouble or cost of parking in Edinburgh and a Train service right in to Edinburgh or down to the Scotish Borders.
We love making sure that our guests enjoy there stay with us and are very happy to offer any information if required to help you to make the most of your time in our area.
