York Terrace is a modern and comfortable maisonette located just outside Rothesay town centre with restricted views across the Clyde. Situated on the hillside on Chapelhill Road, the location offers easy access to the town centre.

The final room on this level is the bunk bedroom, ideal for kids sharing.
A second staircase leads up to the master bedroom. This is an impressive space and velux windows bringing in plenty of light, a comfortable king size bed, wall length mirrored wardrobes plus an en-suite shower-room.
York Terrace further benefits from off-road private parking for 2 cars and a small paved seating area just off of the parking section.
