ROBIN WARD WILL TAKE US ON A SHORT WALKING TOUR OF SOME OF EDINBURGH'S BEST BUILDINGS THAT FEATURE IN HIS NEW _POCKET GUIDE_.
_As a world heritage site and one of the most visited cities in the world, Edinburgh boasts a huge range of buildings from all periods and in many different styles. In this book, Robin introduces 200 of the city's most fascinating places, from imposing public buildings such as galleries, museums, banking halls, churches and theatres to pubs, domestic dwellings, monuments and industrial architecture._
_Conveniently grouped by location, all areas of the city are covered, including suburbs. All are accessible by walking, cycling, public transport or car._
We will begin by meeting at the bookshop at 11am for coffee or tea, biscuits, and book signing - and will reconvene at the bookshop afterwards as well.
Please wear sensible footwear and dress appropriately for the outdoors. The walk will last approximately 60 minutes.
_Entry to the walk is charged at £9.99 per person. Each voucher includes a copy of The Pocket Guide to Edinburgh's Best Buildings._
