There will also be the launch of the Pathfoot project which is a publication created by students on the MLitt in Creative writing at the University of Stirling. The students have created written works inspired by the Art Collection's current exhibitions and the event will include a public reading of works from the publication. This will be followed by a musical performance by the Edinburgh Quartet (University Musicians in Residence) and students from the Conservatoire who have composed works inspired by the Under Threat exhibitions. Throughout the event there will be the opportunity for visitors to go to stalls run by environmental charities and organisations and learn about the work they have been doing in the local community, and the Conservation volunteers will hold children's workshops and an open garden session in the Pathfoot Garden. In addition Stirling Active Travel Hub will be in attendance and will bring electric bikes and cargo bikes for visitors to trial.
