This retreat requires an ability to swim at least 200m without stopping. Breaststroke is fine. We do at least one swim and one focused coaching session per day, including video analysis as an optional extra. These retreats are about building confidence in open water and learning new skills. Wetsuits are advised. Some of our swim spots are off the beaten track and require a scramble over uneven terrain to get there, others a short walk through a field of sleepy highland cows and curious sheep.
We pick you up and drop you off at Glasgow Airport; all meals are prepared by our private chef using nutritious and delicious locally grown produce; we have a yoga teacher and massage therapist who visit us at the house during the week.
