Enjoy an special Botanical G&T on arrival, made using the exclusive Edinburgh Gin 1670, newly launched through the partnership of Edinburgh Gin and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Edinburgh Gin 1670 is made a mix of 14 native and exotic plants, inspired by the botanicals present in the garden and is named after the first physic garden which led to the opening of the RBGE over 340 years ago!
There will also be some tasty treats to get your creativity flowing, you will settle down at your workstation and be inspired by a summer bouquet made for you.
Learn how to create original botanical ink stamps, which you will use to hand-print a range of decorative papers. Cass will show you how to transform your printed papers into a hardback leather (or pleather) spine journal incorporating a decorative V-stitch binding.
Leave the workshop with your own beautiful bouquet, original botanical stamps (that you can use again and again), a bookbinding starter kit, a unique book to keep or give as a gift, and the skills to make many more!
