Join Braxton for a series of Restorative Mini-Workshops combining yoga, breathwork, sound bath and guided meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed and energised. These unique sessions combine spiritual disciplines, gentle flowing postures and breath exercises to calm and balance your mind and body. As accompaniment, we will have a selection of organic sound instruments to bathe you into an immersive reflective space during the meditative, sound bath segments.
