Head chef Rupert Waites and creative partner Tom Chisholm invite you to to join them on their journey of flavour exploration through their three course wild menu and accompanying wild drinks, showcasing the very best from the seashores, forests, fields and hedgerows.
Set around a communal table and incorporating our natural surroundings plus elements of fine dining, in an atmosphere similar to a relaxed lunch party.
Unusual, rare and humble ingredients will be transformed into an original menu and presented with sophistication, creativity and a hint of theatre.
