Come and celebrate Burn’s Night by cooking up some delicious alternative recipes to show what tasty treats you can make with leftover haggis, neeps and tatties.
We’ll be making haggis filo parcels, neep and tattie fritters and gnocchi with a whisky and mushroom sauce.
We’ll also be taking about how you can incorporate commonly wasted items into your everyday cooking and sharing tips on how to reduce food waste.
All ingredients and equipment are provided.
There is disabled parking on site and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
