Engage Scotland will be working with high-profile partners to co-produce new arts projects with young people as they take on the roles of artists, curators, educators, creative participants and evaluators. The art developed during this highly participative and interactive project will celebrate Scotland’s young people’s creative talents and will be exhibited to the public across partnering galleries and venues.
An exhibition celebrating the talent and creativity of young people from across Scotland will take place at Maryhill Burgh Halls in Glasgow over the weekend of 24-25 November, as part of Scotland’s Year of Young People 2018. The exhibition will be opened on Saturday 24 November by award-winning Scottish artist, Jacqueline Donachie.
Young artists working with Tarbert Arts and Leisure Centre will exhibit their work with themes related to the sea at the Rockfield Centre in Oban on 8 and 9 December 2018.
