Colourful herbaceous border within a walled garden. Unusual selection of plants throughout the garden including many varieties of geraniums and rare Meconopsis baileyi ‘Hensol Violet’. There is a rock border and kitchen garden. A wide variety of shrubs have been planted in the last 15 years in the lower garden leading down to the path along the burn with shade-loving plants and hostas. A beautiful setting and surrounding walks.
This is a fundraising event for the open garden charity Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for hundreds of local charities.
