The secret garden of Meadow Place is a walled garden of a Georgian house that was built in 1816. The owner has been tending the garden for 46 years and the garden is now patios, pots and flower beds rather than the lawn and roses of yesteryear. The planting is a mixture of trees, shrubs and herbaceous flowers.
This is a fundraising event for the open garden charity Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for hundreds of local charities.
