The garden also offers a wild flower area, a pond, an apiary and small orchard. Around an acre in size it has a large grassed area with a putting green, which it is particularly suitable for families. There are lots of child-friendly nooks and crannies for discovery and play. Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic as there are many sheltered places to sit and enjoy views over the Clyde Valley and district. Cover available if wet.
This is a fundraising event for the open garden charity Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for hundreds of local charities.
