It has been developed by the owners into an array of mixed ornamental and atmospheric features - with a woodland walk, fernery, rockery, gunnera bog, azalea walk, extensive herbaceous borders and a secluded pond walkway. A paddock is home to a small herd of friendly pygmy goats. There are quiet seating areas throughout the garden for contemplation and relaxation. The owners have in a short time created a garden of great interest.
Over half of the gardens are taking part to support open garden charity Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for hundreds of local charities.
