The garden continues to evolve and cotoneasters by the saltire beds have been cut back which means the four flower beds are no longer hidden behind a hedge! Also, the view past the summerhouse can be seen and the Annabelle hydrangea has popped up now that there are less branches above it. In September 2019 a new wildflower garden was made around the patio, so by 2020 it should be in flower on the north-facing side of the house. Wildflowers have been sown around the pond and they have germinated already, so exciting!
This is a fundraising event for the open garden charity Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for hundreds of local charities.
