The house stands in one acre of formal Victorian gardens, rockeries and beautiful scalloped lawns, with a plethora of statuary which complements the use of authentic Victorian bedding plants, trees and shrubs, ideally mirroring the ambience and grandeur of the house interior. Whitewin House and gardens majestically stand overlooking the magnificent vista of the Firth of Clyde, Ailsa Craig, Arran and the Kintyre peninsula. Amongst proposed enhancements will be the completion of a water feature. Linda and Graeme Finnie look forward to welcoming new and past visitors in 2021.
This is a fundraising event for the open garden charity Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for hundreds of local charities.
