Sean-nós dancing is a traditional form of Irish dance originating in Connemara. Typically performed solo, this style is unique with its low to the ground steps, relaxed upper body and
improvisational character. Aneta Dortová’s dancing is a mixture of steps from various styles of percussive dance all based around sean-nós steps.
