#CraftSunday
After wowing us with her foraged wreaths at last year’s Christmas
Crafternoon, Hollie Berries [https://hollieberries.co.uk/] is back.
Based in Aberdeenshire, Hollie is a florist and flower grower, using
sustainable, seasonal, wild and natural flowers to create beautiful
floral arrangements. Hollie spends a lot of time in her cut flower
garden and workshop, taking inspiration from the natural surroundings
of her rural cottage and beyond.
Join Hollie and spend the afternoon creating not one, but two floral
displays to brighten up your home. We’ll be starting off with a
wild, natural and sustainable flower arrangement using the finest
summer flowers from Hollie’s cutting garden including Dahlias,
Cosmos, Snapdragons, textural grasses and wild garden foliages. Next,
you’ll learn how to create a natural wreath using dried flowers,
which were grown in Hollie’s garden before being cut and dried.
Throughout the workshop you'll also pick up tips on how to do this at
home so you can continue creating your own long lasting floral
displays.
We'll be on hand with plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and chat to help
fuel your creativity during this relaxing afternoon workshop.
