Criteria To Be Considered for The Course

This Mindfulness Based Living Course is based on the work of the recently deceased international mindfulness teacher Rob Nairn and includes all the principles of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme with the addition of compassion.
The aim of the course is to help participants develop a mindfulness practice that can be applied in both personal and professional life.
The course will include a mix of theory and experiential practice.
