Violinist Charlotte Spruit is a passionate chamber musician and soloist, having performed at prominent locations, such as the Concertgebouw, Wigmore Hall, and the Elbphilharmonie. In 2023, Charlotte won the Young Classical Artists Trust (YCAT) International Auditions held at Wigmore Hall, and in 2022, she won the first prize as well as the audience prize and the Genuin Classics prize at the Leipzig International Johann Sebastian Bach Competition.
Welsh violist Edgar Francis is a dynamic musician, taking pride in influences that span a broad spectrum of genres and eras. A 1st Prize at the 2021 Cecil Aronowitz International Competition kickstarted a rapidly growing career, and soon his debut album will be released on Champs Hill.
Scottish cellist Hugh Mackay is an avid chamber musician and is currently a chamber music scholar at the Landesstiftung Villa Musica in Neuwied-Engers, Germany, where he performs with world-leading musicians and fellow young artists. Hugh was a semi-finalist at the 2024 International Bach Competition in Leipzig and was a finalist and Special Prize winner at the 2025 Royal Overseas League Strings Competition.
Junyan Chen won Second Prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition 2024 also winning the chamber music prize and Alexandra Dariescu award for a work by a woman composer. In the competition final she performed Rachmaninov Piano Concerto No 4 with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and Domingo Hindoyan. She has also performed this work with Edward Gardner and the Royal Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra, in a concert that was live-streamed on Classic FM.
