This group offers a wide variety of fitness and social events and brings together like minded people. The strong social element enhances the fitness aspect and make it much more enjoyable.
We are aware everyone has different likes and goals, and so offer people a variety of options to suit their needs. We have 6 high energy, fun, kickboxing and combat-inspired fitness classes a week. This will suit all those who want to lose weight, tone up, meet new people in a very fun and friendly environment.
Any fitness level is welcome and everything is optional. However, through these high intensity classes you’ll find you get extremely fit very quickly and if have any weight to lose it will drop off.
We pride ourselves on our welcoming and friendly atmosphere in class. We also have 4 weekly trips to our sponsor bar after classes where we get free food and cheap drinks in our own area. People enjoy the very relaxed atmosphere, meet new people, arrange social events together...etc.
Furthermore, we have lots of additional social events where we encourage people to make friends, network, have fun and generally help each other however we can.

St Thomas of Aquins school, 2-20 Chalmers St, Edinburgh, EH3 9ES
There is a free private car park accessed via Lauriston Gardens, changing rooms and showers.
Our sponsor bar is only a few minutes walk from class - McSorleys, 14 Forrest Road, EH1 2QN or you can park outside for free all days except Saturday.

Pass details of the group to your friends and colleagues. Bring friends if you can (you can work together) but equally it is fine on your own as you will meets lots of friendly people.
We provide free classes, free food, social events and lots of other things. We send a message a couple days before events with further details too. All we ask if if you RSVP to an event you take note of the date and if an emergency comes up last minute please send a quick message if have to cancel the same day so we can keep you in the group.
