Folky MacFolk Face are a Scottish and Irish band which perform their own original songs. Their music ranges from beautiful laments and tunes to rhythmic, upbeat blue grass. Xosé Liz de Cea is a well-known artist in the international Folk Music scene. He plays the bouzouki, mandolin, guitar, pipes, Irish flute & Requinta flute. Xosé recently featured on BBC Alba’s Port with Julie Fowlis and Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh. He has collaborated with some of the greatest artists in the folk music industry, such as Michael McGoldrick, Dónal Lunny, Lúnasa, Alasdair Fraser and Andy Narell.
