Join us in Edinburgh on Saturday 24 Mar to call for a real fox hunting ban.
Fox hunting was meant to have been banned in Scotland in 2002, but loopholes in the law mean that it still takes place across the country much like it did before the ban.
That’s why OneKind, League Against Cruel Sports, and IFAW, are coming together for the foxes on Saturday 24th March to show Scotland’s political parties that the public wants to see a real fox hunting ban.
It’s going to be a fantastic event that is open to everyone. We’ll be inviting MSPs to join us as well as an array of political speakers and special guests all coming together to stand up For the Foxes. Our friend Fergus the Fox will also be there, so make sure you get say hi and get a photo taken with him.
We hope that 2018 will be the year that fox hunting in Scotland is finally consigned to history. Agree? Then march For the Foxes and send a powerful message that enough is enough!
When and where?
Saturday 24th March in Central Edinburgh from 12pm and location (TBC – the location will be within walking distance of the bus and train stations in Edinburgh).
What should I bring?
It’s outside in Scotland so make sure you’re prepared for the weather! Feel free to dress up, paint your face or bring signs (make sure you make them polite). We’ll be handing out our own leaflets and placards for you to use too.
Who should come along?
You, your friends and family 😊 Seriously, this will be a family-friendly event and the more people we have, the stronger the message, so hope to see you there!
