Girls on Hills' experienced local guides give coaching on navigation, equipment, training, nutrition and safety for running in the mountain environment.
Whether you fancy wild trails through the glens or technical single-track, the route will depend on the weather, your experience and your specific aspirations for the weekend - but all runners will experience the wilderness and rugged beauty of the area, as we take the 'trail less travelled' through breathtaking mountain scenery.
Courses are run by guides who are British Athletics/summer ML qualified with outdoor first aid certification.
