Part of the Stirlingshire Wild Food Festival.
We will talk about how food, chocolate and being outside in nature positively affects our mood. How we can incorporate this into our lives to improve our daily wellbeing. As we forage we will talk about Scotland's very own superfoods, their benefits, and as we taste them notice how their flavour affects our mood. We will be gathering a few plants along the way to take to Charlotte Flowers Chocolate to dip into and pair up with chocolate.
This workshop is suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Don't forget this is Scotland in September, dress for all weathers.
Please be aware that paths may be uneven.
Please meet at Trossachs Wild Apothecary tent, the walk will commence from here.
