What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than in the company of the ‘Happy Ukes’ ukulele band from Dundee? Playing everything from ‘Sunny Afternoon’ to ‘Ring of Fire’ they’re guaranteed to bring a smile to anyone’s face. Plus tea and cakes all for just £5 (plus online booking fee).
The Happy Ukes currently have 35 members who mainly joined the club as beginners. The ukulele club's main purpose is to develop members' playing skills and to perform concerts to raise money for different charities each year. This year Happy Ukes will be supporting The Salvation Army and Wellbeing Works (previously known as Dundee Association for Mental Health).
Doors open 1.30 for 2pm.
