Maria from The Edinburgh Canapé Company returns for a cooking class exploring healthy food habits and dishes.
In this friendly and relaxed cookery class, you will prepare dips, a hearty soup, yummy super salads and a new way to cook with tofu. You will explore new ideas, exciting flavour combinations and valuable tips to take back to your kitchen.
The menu includes items such as Baba-Ganoush, Thai Lentil Soup, Tahini Dressed Courgette Salad, Curried Tofu and more.
Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked and socialise!
